My brand of massage is a variety of techniques that I have been studying over the last 10 years. I use the best techniques from a variety of styles to get the maximum results for my clients. Yoga has been described as ‘Moving Meditation’, designed to help one connect with one’s spiritual center. It is gentle, yet very deep by combining stretching exercises, rhythmic breathing and deep relaxation, to achieve and maintain good physical and mental health. The style I teach is Hatha Vinyasa flow with some partner and restorative yoga added in for fun. Try a class and discover why the ancient art of yoga is still so popular today.
